It's not about what you are thinking, it's about how to expand your thinking. Your ideology on limitations shouldn't limit others
Georgia is a confident speaker who is able to think on her feet. She has the ability to cover a large number of angles on the subjects of diversity, engineering and self-confidence. Georgia is able to articulate her point of view in a concise and clear manner. Public speaking in one of Georgia's passions and she grabs any opportunity to speak on matters close to her heart.
She is currently a civil engineer in the rail sector working hard towards her chartership and is a co-founder at D-vers-ty, an organisation that encourages inclusion in the engineering and technology sector. Georgia is very passionate about the future of the engineering and creating a truly inclusive working environment. Her passion mainly comes from providing new perspectives and encouraging the exploration of different opportunities.
She has a range of interests such as innovation, digital transformation, diversity and inclusivity. She has in the past taken part in initiatives with the Institute of Civil Engineers, Open Data Institute, WomenEd and BAMEed around these topics.
